Software's Return / Refund Policy

• MTR Software will, for a period of up to 30 days from the date of purchase, refund your purchase for a processing fee of USD 25.00 under the following circumstances:

Prior to making your purchase, you downloaded and tested FitAll Evaluation Edition and deemed it suitable for your needs.

If your testing of FitAll Evaluation Edition did not answer all of your questions or concerns, you contacted MTR Software for clarification and received a reply that implied either directly or indirectly that the full version of FitAll would be suitable for your needs. It turned out; however, that the full version did not adequately resolve your concerns.
