About FitAll Evaluation Edition:

• Is supplied as a self-installing, executable file.

• Is the same as FitAll Personal Edition, except that the regression analysis is available for only some of the functions and the number of data points in a data set is limited to ten.
  
  Notes:
  
  • When using FitAll Evaluation Edition, the 'Analyze, SetUp Function' drop-down list displays the functions that can be used to do a regression analysis in bold text.
    
    
  • Before using FitAll, you may find it useful to look at the "FitAll Fundamentals" section in the on-line FitAll Getting Started Guide.
    
    
  • The on-line FitAll Basic Functions Guide gives a complete description of each function.
    
    
  • FitAll provides sample data sets that you can use to become familiar with FitAll.
    The names of the sample data sets indicate which function is most appropriate to use for analyzing the data. For example, function 0008 is most appropriate for analyzing the data in the data file named f0008tst.dta.
    
    
  • When you start FitAll, the FitAll desktop will be mostly blank.
    The sequence of menu selections you should use to view and analyze the data is:
    1. File, Open
    2. View, data graph
    3. Analyze, Setup
    4. Analyze, Analyze
    5. View, fit graph
    6. View, residuals graph
    7. View, Fit
    8. File, Print

To Download and Install FitAll Evaluation Edition:

• Download the 'fa061e.exe' file to a temporary directory by clicking on the download link at the bottom of this page.
  
  
• Remove (uninstall) any previous version 6 Edition of FitAll (such as the Evaluation Edition) from your computer by selecting 'Start, Settings, Control Panel, Add or Remove Programs, FitAll 6.0 ...' and clicking the 'Change/Remove' button.
  
  
• Use Windows Explorer to locate the downloaded file and double click on it.
  
  
• Follow the on screen directions.
